Damages and issues

We take great pride in crafting high-quality, hand made self-care products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately at blossom.skinca@gmail.com. We only cancel orders if they have not been shipped. 

If your order was refunded you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
